How To Be Optimistic at Any Time

What is getting to you today? Is your job stressing you out even though you know it shouldn't be? Is your mind creating scenarios for you that are making you second guess everything? Life throws things at us that makes us feel less than our best. We sacrifice our potential and our hustle to cloud our minds with negativity. Everything in life is a choice. Each day, each decision we make is us choosing joy and optimism or self-doubt and pessimism. We are the only ones that get to make this decision. When you catch yourself in that place of self doubt you need to pull yourself out of it. The only person that is being hurt is you. You hold yourself back from your best potential by saying "can't" or "it's hard" or "it's not for me". REALITY you "CAN" and it "ISN'T HARD and "IT IS FOR YOU".
Is your job boring or unfulfilling or not right? Well then you either play your own sad violin and be pessimistic about your options OR you make a change. Lay out a plan follow through.
School hard and not going the way you planned? Guess what there is always another way. Figure it out. Your negative talk is standing in your own way.
Can't afford travel, moving, luxury or any other thing you've been telling yourself? If you are reading this in America or any other Western country I don't buy it. Go look at your finances you can afford anything you want. People will say but really I CAN'T, I say well you just don't want it then. Bottom line. You make excuses or you take action.
When I need to shake those negative thoughts in my mind there are a few things I like to do.
Listen to your favorite songs
"Bartender"
"Country Girl"
"Stolen Dance"
"Save A Horse Ride a Cowboy"
Create a playlist on Spotify that puts you in your happy place
Remember that your life is so small
Do what you want you only have a limited time to do everything
You are not the center of the universe
The choices you make are not going to end your world they are going to create it
Walk outside
The sun and fresh air it is magical
Remind yourself of the beauty in your life
Think of all the love you have
Think of the little things every single day that make you smile and make you feel full
Your family
Your friends
Your love
Write
Anything and everything
Get whatever you need to out of your mind and onto paper
Makes plans for your excuses
Everything that is causing your negative thoughts plan them out. Do not include any singe excuse in your plans. Plan it the way you want it to go
Take action. Do one small thing every single day to get you in the right direction.
Choose to live an optimistic life full of choice, adventure, love and positive energy.
