Where is happiness found? Some find it in money, love, success, family...but where does it all start?

It starts with your relationship with yourself. If you and I share anything in common than you struggle with finding real happiness in your life.

My happiness is constantly muted by my need for more and I don't mean things I mean experience, my self doubt, technology, and my insecurity to speak up.

I struggle with knowing exactly what I want but not knowing how to get there, I struggle with seeing people I know doing things that I wish I could do, I struggle with being in my 20's and wishing I did it all differently, I struggle with looking back on relationships and thinking of all the things I did wrong, and the biggest thing I struggle with is thinking about all of these things every single day.

We are all really good at talking ourselves down and sabotaging our own happiness.

I found the article above one day browsing the blogs I follow and I decided to do something about my unhappiness. Life is hard but we can all sit around and accept things that are or we can change them.
